If they are truly reducing the shares as it appears in the filing dumping probably won't be a problem! But all penny stock owners need to keep an eye on that, so many are doing it with credit being so tight and capital hard to raise.
Something tells me that if this all turns out to be as it appears, the company may truly be putting forth an effort to bring profitability back for all. Fingers crossed!
