Sorry to see there's no solid "timeline" for a new , updated FAQ ... After all that verbage, I'd would have liked to see him give "guidance" (release of the FAQ) on what is so desperately needed to help some folks complete their DD ... imo ... Investors have to be more patient, I guess ... He does do a great job of "holding hands", but lately it just hasn't helped attract the new money we need yet ... gl ... POWER ? HOUR ... Let's see what WNBD has got on a huge "green" day ... :-)

#67840 RE: adkmoves #67764

The wnbd CEO spilled all we wanted to know ,,,
about wnbd's needs for massive common 'share' dilution ,
for at least 2 more years , just to cover the 6+ 'exec'
salaries.

Looks like 'the plan' worked , and the wnbd CEO was
finally 'convinced' that he Had To Release some Financial
hints , to keep stringing the longs along.

And , it's way worse than rocket tried to assume.

Here's the [still Totally UNverifiable] Financial info ,
that is the very best that the wnbd CEO dare claim :

1] "In a very basic approximation, one of our products is now
being purchased by a consumer somewhere approximately every 2
minutes during the extended business day, throughout the
year."

2] "Our cost of goods sold is in the normal range for well
managed manufacturing operations of approximately 50%, of the
wholesale price,"

Now , let's calculate :

Assuming that wnbd must be selling most of their 'products'
to distributors and/or chains for an average of $4 each ,
Because , they are resold at retail for as low as $8 each ,
and the 'mark-up' for Distributor Plus Retailer Must Be
At Least 100% , for them to make a profit. And, that's being
generous. Most chain stores won't pay more than 25-40% of
their expected retail selling price.

And , the wnbd "cost of goods sold" is "approximately 50%,
of the wholesale price" ; so , that's $2 bucks a bottle ,
leaving $2 bucks a bottle of Gross Profit for wnbd , which
Must Cover ALL Of wnbd's Other Expenses + salaries + rent ,
Plus Everything except what wnbd pays to Surefill to fill
and ship a bottle , which must be ~$2.

So , here we go :

Only One bottle is sold retail [all over the World , Now] ,
every 2 minutes. That's Only 30 bottles per hour , WORLDWIDE.
At $2 Gross Profit for wnbd , that's Only $60 per hour.
And , that $60 per hour Must Pay For ALL of wnbd's Expenses
+ salaries + payroll taxes [huge in Canada] + fringe benefits
[also huge in Canada] + rent + utilities + etc's.

Now , wnbd claims to have 6 employees [~all high-level ,
super-perfectly-experienced 'execs'] ; so they can only be
allocated an average of $10 per hour Each. But , that Must
Cover ALL wnbd Expenses. Thus, if the wnbd 'execs' are being
paid more than ~$5 per hour ; the wnbd common 'share'holders
Must Be Paying the rest of the Expenses. [Which is normal ,
for pinkys. And, the only reason that they Must hide their
Fully Diluted Share Structure. Otherwise, the longs would
quit averaging-down.] [It's even/probably Much Worse with
wnbd , Because of its Totally UNdefined "The wnbd Group" ;
in addition to the % ownership of wnbd votes + assets , by
the wnbd Insider "Preferreds".]

Just for fun , let's calculate wnbd's Current rate of Total
World-Wide Annual Gross Revenues. This is the Current Rate ,
counting All of possible buyers on rocket's list , Plus any
others that even he does not know about.

OK : We have 30 bottles per hour , at $2 each = $60 per hour.
But, only during the "extended business day" , Whatever that
is supposed to mean. Let's just call it 10 hours per day ,
for 5 days per week. That's 50 hours per week ; and certainly
no more than 84 , which is 12 hours , every day [No way].

So : $60 per hour X 50 hours per week X 52 weeks per year =

$ 156,000 PER YEAR , TOTAL WORLDWIDE GROSS REVENUES ;

WHICH MUST 'PAY FOR' ALL OF wnbd's WORLDWIDE EXPENSES ;

UNLESS THE wnbd COMMON 'SHARE'HOLDERS KEEP BUYING MORE
NEW COMMON 'SHARES' , FOR MANY MORE YEARS.

Just check the wnbd CEO's "6-Phase Business Plan" ; which
has Not been changed in Years. It says , NO PROFITS , FOR
SURE , UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF "PHASE #4" , WHICH IS WHEN wnbd
GROSS REVENUE MUST BE ~$30,000,000 ;

WHICH IS ~20 TIMES HIGHER THAN TODAY .

And, it took 2+ years to get Here. So, Only 40 Years To Go.
That's probably too long for longs to keep averaging-down.
And, they CAN'T SLOW DOWN ; otherwise, wnbd goes BK. So,
whatever each long unvested Last Year, they Must re-unvest
the SAME AMOUNT of $'s This Year , And Next , And 38 More.

extra , Sincerely .

P.S. ; We expect that longs will disagree , [and throw in
a bunch of other/usual OT comments/wishes/descriptions] ;
But , our calculations , based on UNaudited Optimistic 'info'
Provided by the wnbd CEO himself , Yesterday , Can't
possibly be 'off' , by a factor of 20 X. Although, we have
seen 'projections' by wnbd longs , based on No Info , that
were probably 'off' by much more. Somebody Will Pay for All
of the errors + exaggerations , one way or the other.

And , that explains why day-trader shorters love ~All pinks,
while their common price stays above $0.0009 , and while
they trade above ~$5,000 per day. By the way , day-trader
'short interest' Never 'shows up' on Any List , Because ,
they are All covered , Every Day , Before The Market Closes.
[Because , it's too risky to take a pinky home , overnight ,
long or short. But , it's fine to short+cover , many days
in sequence during a multi-day dump , after a 2+X pump peaks,
and drops ~20% , like wnbd used to do , ~monthly.]

Let's see what happens next month , wrt wnbd bounces.
But , over-all , longer term , 90+% of All pinkys ,
lose 90+% of their value , every year , until BK ,
which rarely takes longer than 3 years ; unless the longs
keep believing the CEO 'communications' , + keep unvesting.
