Nothing wrong with going into a store and asking for WC. The problem is when you start taking with managers, asking them to call corporate, and get those people involved. That is a very slippery slope. THAT is what raises red flags, and not in a good way.

I'm not going to let you have it by any means, because you are a supporter and a good poster and you are just exressing a thought.

Here's my reasoned response - I think we just finally saw Eric express his own frustration with elements of this board. He has done a wonderful job with WNBD and has put his heart and soul into this company from the first time he introduced WB to his first hardware store in Canada to now so close to a national account. He receives hundreds of e-mails and responds with respect and completeness and patience and we continue to bombard him with our own impatience for success. He is human and knows what he is doing and I think that is the closest he will ever come to "chatising" us for our "meddling".

He only did this after we asked what we could do as shareholders, when he probably felt like it before but respected our right to our opinions, and he responded properly and correctly as a responsible CEO should to his shareholdres.

I respect and admire his controlled response and will abide by his request. We owe him that much as everything he has done so far has been advancing the company successfully on so many fronts. After the fact in the past we always see his plan as it unfolded. Let's allow him to ask us to back off and allow the future plans to unfold as well in a successful manner. GLTA
