Effective February 28, 2009, James Parliament tendered to the Board of Directors of Eternal Image, Inc. ( the “Company”) his resignation as a Director and its Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Parliament indicated the he intends to devote his full time to expanding his financial consulting practice, and will be available to consult with the Company in the future on an as needed basis. Other than $46,000 in principal and accrued interest (5% per annum) on promissory notes payable and accrued salary of $32,971.80, there is no compensation or reimbursement of expenses due to Mr. Parliament at the time of his resignation.
