as we can agree. However, I am uplifted at the prospects, and also by those elements in government who will vouch for us, eg, Air Force, NASA. I feel the pieces may be falling into place, and I dearly hope so.

Is anyone listening to President Obama addressing business leaders in Washington DC regarding what he hopes for the stimulus package? He's listening to the concerns. Maybe Torvec is represented there.
He could almost insert (Torvec) as an example of what he expects the stimulus will do.
His top priority are creating jobs (Torvec wants to hire 400 employees) and to bring the current technology such as that used in the hybrid, back to this country. (Torvec's technology)
