Somehow this is leaving me feeling like we're on the fast track to banking via socialism. I can't imagine we would still be capitalist in our thinking given the decline in profits with lower tangible capital ratio. Anybody agree?
Wrong again, the minimum is 3% not 4% and the 8.5B will get them to over 3%. Throw in the sale of the bank they acquired with ML and they have another 2.5B+
