Hopefully this is not the "big splash" promised for today. Name change was 100% expected--nothing new in this PR.

This means the acquisitions can get finalized now.

It also means he was telling the truth about when he was expecting to receive it.

The first of the technicalities is out of the way. We can begin to proceed as Ligatt.

Some company info may now be released though we still might need to wait for SEC approval before we get share and symbol information.
