Agree. Glad that whole debacle is now settled. Way too much time and energy went mis-directed.
I'd like to believe that the company is now completely free to make things happen. I think many here were under the impression deals were being held up pending clearance of this matter. Whether that is true or not, I don't know. As previously stated, however, it does clear the decks for an acquisition, or a joint venture, or the announcement of a commercialization event.
