If anyone can give me the website link and know for sure that I can get the most recent (March 6, 2009) outstanding shares and authorized shares, I will buy it for $20 and post it here.

I am tired of reading the same thing over and over again and that includes the posts I have written today!! LOL
I don't have the link here at home, but I looked back thru my email to see if I sent the actual document to myself from work and found it. On Dec 12th as you can see the A/S (including all preferred shares is 1.305B. Moskowitz told me in my telecon in late Jan, early Feb, it would be about 8 weeks before it would be shown as updated to include all the retirements. That won't then occur until April. The issue of getting certs wasn't known then, so that could delay that. Anyway, doc is below:
