first why NEOM patent worth about $50 mil?
if the answer is because NEOM would be able to license big telecomm's or collect royalties then indeed NEOM could be let's say $400 mil$ company(yes if execut the business base of superior patents)and YA will exersice all debt to common then r/s and just sell the company for $100 mil or $400 mil.
big IF the Patents has value to sell even at $20 mil in this sector,we and YA and company should ask why has value of $20 mil $ ?why some one in auction or garage sell wants to pay $20 mil for neom patents?
if this is the case then NEOM as company could worth way more then auction price of patents.
