Hi Ruby. Thx for the heads up on Julius Baer. I am persuaded JB was the essence behind the late Friday selloff. A previous poster mentioned JB had already accumulated approx. 400k shares. It was these already first accumulated shares, not the subsequent adding on 1.6m or 1.7m, that were IMO the shares that were sold in the last fifteen minutes Friday.
It makes sense to me. JB takes some healthy profit on the 400-500k shares, a profit that will hedge their present investment of 1.6 - 1.7m shares. Bankers and institutions do this frequently. Apparantly, they are more disiplined than the regular OTCBB risktaker.
Reading about JB, they have a certain swagger and may be involved in some behind the scenes dealmaking.
