right--that is probably a better way to put it - after the share exchange, the next significant milestone is Orosi coming online.

BW, I talked to BTO.to recently and believe BTO could jump before Orosi comes online.
They are apparently already aiming the next target. They probably will announce something soon after closing the SMC deal. BTO doubled about they announced the take over of SMC. Hope BTO can repeat it!
I asked people to check out BTO at the recent PDAC, the feedback was quite good.
