You might also want to google Torvec v CXO and read the "Appellate Division Fourth Judicial Department"
IMO this could have been very significant. Apparently the Supreme Court granted in favor of CXO initially; however Torvec got the decision reversed on Appeal. Maybe this has taken up a lot of their time ironing out the "terms of agreement between the parties"
