This is not Microsoft lols, this is a sub penny stock. Almost and I repeat almost all companies at this level do this, they got a real good deal if you ask me. For how many shares they issued and the debt they eliminated. Mr. Hill has filed a form 4 before when he bought 2500000 shares so im sure he knows that he has to file them when he buys or sells a stock.
