Reading this article is an excerpt in my truth is stranger than fiction file. It is hard to conceive GE falling on such hard times. The kitchen in my home is a virtual paen to the company, with a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator all manufactured by them. I hope the possible drama noted in this article does not come about as they are a giant among companies in the U.S.
