That's what happens when a ship has no rudder. Sad...the economy is in disarray, the administration, appears to lack focus or leadership. Geithner might be the worst Treasury Secretary ever (inept and inarticulate). Spending and earmarks galore, not to mention the stimulus bill isn't going to have any effect on the current situation. Hyper inflation in our future, and enormous new mountains of debt to carry at much higher costs.
Finally, his budget includes outlandish revenue projections. Beside that the band plays on.
