Check out the company website and review their filings and especially the last CC.

I think you can get a fairly good overview of their financial condition / adjustments /liabilities / loan due dates.

You can then extrapolate the effects of their restructuring efforts will have.

IMHO, and only mine - they are set up for survival w/o any BK threats.
