I have a general feeling that ONCP will not break even in the 2Q. Most of their PR say things and the actions are delayed by at least 1 or 2 quarters.
As for taking over the OS, please buy all the shares and help prop up the PPS. This is a very, very long investment if it works out at all. Some here have been invested for over two years and they are still waiting for all the wonderful things promised.
Someone mentioned rumors of institutional investors. This is all dandy, but they will not be buying common shares It might eventually increase overall profits, but that might be in a year or two when a tract record is established. Then one has to worry about trading results. It is easy to trade $13-16K, but now try trading $1-5M when the market is crazy. It is easy to trade small dollars because your not heavily invested in anything. I might even say $1-5M might also be doable for ONCP but they might not have this high return. Most fund manages have over $100M to several billion dollars to manage.
I am just a little upset with the management. So sorry if it seems that I am taking it out on you. Once we have more information: O/S count, preferred share count, monthly operating expense and documented interaction (PR) saying some institutional investors are involved, then I might have a little more faith in the company. The first three items on this list are most important.
