elsieCat, I really do not think he meant it that way, as I did not read that into it myself. It reads like he was just stating that DDI is of the same mindset as they are, and things will be looking up for this sector as the market gets turned around. As a matter of fact I bet this sector is one of the first to rebound, and leads all the others!! Nothing happens without oil period!!
