I don't think anyone here has checked with the t/a for awhile, but I remember sending them an email about a year ago. They replied and advised me to check with the company about share information. So the answer then was 'yes', they were gagged.

This stock is "pinksheets no information", it is pretty much a given they are still gagged. But it hasn't been checked for a while, maybe we should ask again.
