Yankees, As MTNL adds thousands of internet home-users, why would they need email read/send from their land-line phone? Also, as I've described before, I really doubt many would pay 2.50 so they could have email availability all-the-time for both cellular/land-line. It's been essential to have MV up-and-running a year ago, so ONEV could take advantage of the lack of internet exposure in India. The delays continuing only hurts ONEV and the need for their services.
