You are probably right. Shareholders who bought this pre MMUH do own a small percentage of MMUH, but that was true on the day you 'bought into the shell?',what changed?

No news is probably part of the "Quite period" and the lack of trading is part of the mysterious "Lock Box" stradegy. One thing to keep in mind, the stock was worthless before pre-split so it can only go up. They are probably weeding out the millions of bogus shares held by the hedgies.
