Stormy: From the sounds yours is much worse than mine, but the chamber is a big help and I was told without it the normal inhaler would be far less efficient.
If you get one make sure:
You:
1. Breath out as totally as possible 2. Then inhale (mouth only) through the chamber *very slowly (make sure to shake the hell out of the medication first) 3. Hold it for 15 seconds (I was told 5 but 15 seems better for me) 4. Wait 1 minute before repeating on the second puff.
That sequence is great for me and I think the chamber helps a lot since it increase the total volume of medicated air substantially. That is my theory anyway. lol
