When Sir NITE opened the front gate, The Great and Mighty Furry One commenced smiting NITE about the loins with the sachel of SEC documents.

And NITE cried out to the Uplist Committee with much wailing and knashing of teeth, begging them to sacrifice a MM on the alter in the Secret Trading Room on level II so that ETNL would be freed from pinkie bondage and return to the Land of OvThCoBuBo.

But the Committee was callus and its ears were deaf to NITE's pleading. And The Cat continued to smack NITE's ask and the valleys below and the fermaments above echoed with the muffled sounds of paperwork entering crevices where NITE didn't even know he had crevices.

Then suddenly there was a Great Flash of light.
And the clanging of a thousand gongs.

Then a deafening .....stillness.

OVERSLEPT AGAIN !!!!!!

....And Lurker leapt out of bed, realising it was just a ((((( NITEmare )))))...the flashing 09:29 09:29 09:29 of his alarm clock and the ding-ding-ding of messages hitting his mailbox downstairs in his study......
