I am not trying to rain on the new found optimism. But they haven't filed anything as of yet with the SEC but they Did change the name with Nevada and did not touch the A/S so I am skeptical

Why would they be fully reporting?

The first order of business would be to reduce the A/S. Unless that is done there is no need to be concerned with any dilution announcement, because they don't have to do one. And I'm sure they won't.

Just wondering who said anything about fully reporting?

Didn't some other folks point out that they either were or are now forced to be a fully reporting transparent company???

So if they do reduce the A/S... they'd have to pre-announce any dilution... correct???
