cycle dude, I think we are still talking about animal studies in your posted link. Duke said they wanted to begin human studies ASAP. I can think of Panzem as an HIF inhibitor drug that has passed phase I, human safety studies. Might there be more? Don't know.

I hope Duke understands that radiation is antiangiogenic, too. That means give the Panzem to the patient first to get a loading dose, IMO.
