I'm sure he could go to his HR department and tell you an exact number if required, I think he was just saying casually that they are getting so big that it's hard to keep track of the number of people. I doubt it if any CEO of a software company knows exactly how many employess work for them if it is more than 100 employees unless they asked their HR department for that number. I'm sure in his business he's got a lot of software contractors working for him, they come and go just like at Micosoft and Google (a little hard to keep track of I think)let's focus on Ligatt and not on what you think the CEO should know about exactly how many employees he's got.

There are obviously many different points of view about how it

could be , And everyone is entitled to their own opinion .

However , You are obviously torn as to which post to base your

purchase upon . It would be my recommendation to quit tearing

apart other peoples opinions and develop your own . So that you

are comfortable with your attempt to make money. The Mods and

assistants are top shelf here and your constant badgering of

the time and effort they put into presenting information to the

public for free is obviously skewed . EMBRACE CONTROL and jump

in if you feel fit and make money with a good group of people.

Hiring more people, doesn't even know how many work for him now = making money and getting bigger = more work/contracts.
