He never announced there was already an acquisition, he slipped up n made a mistake that some interpreted as him saying they already had an acquistion...at least that's what i got of it.

The first aquisition is Intelligent sports being purchased by

Ligatt Security . This has been confirmed by PR's and brokerage

firms who confide that a Name , Cusip change is in place awaiting

a symbol . As far as how it is paid for , I could assume many

possibilities ...
