He was just pretty much saying he's got alot of employs BUT it does look wrong for a CEO not to know how many people he employs...i guess he was just trying to make his point(that he has many employs)thru the comment but yes it might be read the wrong way by prospective investors.
He said that inspite of other companies laying people off Ligatt Security is hiring more and more and more people that he couldn't even tell us how many people they have now - this is a good thing showing his company is thriving in today's economy, they are for real and are obviously making tons of money with lots of contracts to allow them to keep hiring people.
