The day before ACLS had news last time- the stock dropped to .17 to obviuosly let some [ insiders] in. Today was a major volume day with huge blocks trade in the last 30 minutes and afterhours. It seems again that someone in the know is allowed to buy huge blocks without moving the price up. Not normal. If the current large institutionsl holders still have their shares then they are either adding to their holding or new large holders are entering.
I mean, ACLS is in much better financial shape now than 6 months ago .
Volume usually precedes price movement, so we are well qualified for a substantial move up.
