imho it's still mostly 'insiders' that are playing, which of course means they are going to keep the 'low bid ball game' going as long as they can. The same as the 'gap' fill bull today. We moved up because of the single institutional that got caught being to close to news to keep gathering on the blind.
Once news it out this type of deception will be very hard to do. Good luck to all those that are not all in.
