Not sure why it would cause a selloff now. If anything it would cause people to buy because any buyout of EESO would be at a much higher price than $.02. IMHO.

That kind of news would send us back over .05 quick. Sweet! I don't think there will be a merger. Straight up buyout someday maybe. Jared doesn't need anyone's help at this point. Several big shareholders won't budge for less than .25 anyway.
