Perhaps that shareholder knows pointing out the most dire scenario correctly, will be the only satisfaction he ever gets out of Cortex. When you and others here speculate about the FDA and managements moves and turn out to be nearly one hundred percent incorrect over an entire decade, surely you must question your judgement. Perhaps you should accept that management may have had other motives and use that new found knowledge to start making better predictions.
