I was able to purchase 668,300 shares on 2/28 through my Fidelity account (Silver trade status, $10.95 per transaction). If I place another order, I will take BrodyTerrier's advice about All or None. It did take a while to fill this order--about a week or so.

Maybe if enough people place trades, the share price will go up to .0003
