BS on SEC takes sometime, company just files the report (been there as on B of D who did this) and was no holding period - stuff just poped up as a filing...
also rdead the PR closely, PR did not say file, said post as I understand, that could as in case of MODC, just be just an attachment on the companies website ... us ENCS sahreholders have low expectations and would happily take even that, an SEC filing is beyond our wildest imagination franly
