As a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Callaway should know all about disclosure.

Unfortunately, Mr. Callaway CHOSE not to disclose the terms of the loan and its convertibility feature in his comments.

And that speaks Volumes about Mr. Callaway's credentials imo.
