If they're going to a 'third-world' country, it's somewhere about a 50/50 split.(not always)There is the cost of finding.
Then comes the cost of, AFTER recovering for marketing. Not to be too concerned, but, in a 3rd world, they may renig.??I've heard stories of dealing with Governments..It simply costs a bundle of money to go uot and do this. ALL the PRs in the world won't justify a PPS jump, unless it's "division week", or an identified gallion. There are thousands of wrecks out there that are worthless.
