Roche could be building up some kind of liability while countries are stockpiling TAMIFLU and it is being countered by resistive FLU'S.

Someone might not like paying for something that does not work so good.

Of course Roach could add FLUCIDE TO TAMIFLU to cover their liabilities some day. TAMIFLUCIDE?
