The third party (in all probability) should have animals prepped and ready to go. This type of testing should go fairly quickly as the Big Pharma will only be looking for efficacy across several indications. EKC and conjunctivitis usually last about about 2 to 3 weeks so clearing of eyes in a shorter period than the control group will be seen as positive. The other thing the Big Pharma might look for is any negative indication/reaction that might be caused by the nanoviricide.

My best guess is that testing should be complete within 6 to 8 weeks and then the negotiations begin anew. The second round of negotiations will involve plugging in the actual dollar amounts into the already determined licensing structure.
