yj/beam: How far base off am I w/ that statement? I mean, really? Explain for me, please. NEOM, is currently in default to them, right? YA now has the rights and control of the patents, correct? NEOM needs YA's money to continue, right? YA holds the purse strings, no?

Please explain to me how NEOM doesn't owe their new life to YA and wouldn't exist if it were not for YA?

The way I see it, if YA wields that type of control over NEOM then, in a sense, they do own NEOM outright.

Please, how am I wrong w/ this assessment?

Sure, they can't actually control more than 5% of NEOM's common shares at any one time so technically, they don't "own NEOM outright", but, they "own" NEOM. Catch my drift?

Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm here to learn and share like everyone else here.
