It is one thing to say that the PRs are fraudulent.

It is another to say that the last PR was 2/1 and OS has since ballooned.

It is a third to say that they can say present 1.2b as approximately 700mm without being a fraud due to the word approximately.

And finally it is yet another to misquote them as saying they are estimating the OS as if they didn't actually know the number.

Just asking for an honest exchange of ideas here. If they never used the word estimate, why say they did?

Frankly, I think they wouldn't want to risk major fines/jail by saying 700mm when OS was 1.2b. We have heard this 700mm number quite recently (Metter's latest interview was 2/20). So, maybe they issued 500mm in the past week...

But then I have an email from SM saying that the TA is gagged and that the number OT obtained was not correct and that OS is under 800mm (I gave him that number to allow for wiggle room and so as not to be asking for insider information).

Could he be lying? Yes of course. The next PR should be very interesting.

So we should believe a person that made a phone call to the Transfer Agent who is supposed to be gagged? Why would a gagged TA talk to anyone?

I'm going to believe the Press Releases until otherwise proven. A phone call to a gagged, let me say that word again, gagged Transfer Agent doesn't impress me.


One more time, Gagged Transfer Agent.

I don't like the fact that the Transfer Agent is gagged, and I agree it does look shady, but a gagged Transfer Agent is not supposed to be talking at all, to anyone, let alone some anonymous person that picks up a phone.

I am one of the people who crack you up.Why?Reality speaks to you from Via, MGM,Nick,CVS,etc. yet you hear not. I reckon that you are just doing your job or defending a gruesomely horrific short position.There are no cetainties except the cliches so I will not mention them.However,I believe that the longs are gonna getcha,BIGTIME!!!!
