The Gov't (for some reason) wants the 7+ billion to be matched!! Soooooo I assume we are looking at a total of 20 odd billion OS!!! Crazy number but that is way C is $1.50 and not $50! But watch for a WILD ride Monday and Tuesday! EASY double up!
