Folks, look at the last filing. All the shares issued were from 11/06 to 11/07. It states at the top of the filing with all the shares issued and outstanding at:
State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity as of the latest practicable date: January 11, 2008: 228,774,164
There has been really no volume since 1/11/08 except for the shares purchased by Browning.
My conclusion: the O/S remains at 228,774,164. All the debenture shares were redeemed taking it down this low before 1/11/08....
