Honestly think EA has given up on trying to do projects based on the patent - we haven't seen the license agreement but think likely that if no installations in the two year grace period, EA can walk without any payments outside of what Anthony may have seen at the closing, if anything
Honestly think that Zenergy is real company, unthink it unlikely that deal has any meat for ENCS - is good to have associated trading company but not sure who would be ENCS staff that would be getting the contracts.
Not sure about BioC, heard rumor may have been sighted on the web but have seen no link - worth checking to see.

chances --- I am optimistic - something curious happened 2/12 and 13th - almost $2MM in real new money came into the stock (think most of the cash went to Company and Anthony) but 2M in dolars flowed in - very curious - I have puzzled how that could be a scammed trade - other than collusion with a MM, while often posted on IHUB, not sure I belive can happen - too much risk that lampasas would sell his block and walk away with some real cash --- maybe another player is on deck and we have yet to see the new game
