You're right. However, there are also 10,000 investors who justifiably jumped overboard after Tobin Smith's unprofessional rant (JMO) several years ago. They are still knowledegable and have more than likely been sitting on the sidelines watching.

The PTO win brought some of those people back onto the deck. I'm just waiting for the rest to show up with a new turbine for the high speed jet racing engine ;)
