Well to start with I don`t think Megas or any other individual can place a persons house ( his principal place of residence)in a suit against that person. In Canada I know that to be the case.

That`s not to say a persons (principal place of residence)
can`t be touched by Law Enforcement because of criminal acts, or Financial Institutions, that may be holding title through a Mortgage or collateral.

I know nothing about Pino other than his connection to Megas and BCIT. A bum rap,not at all, he is a crook. As far as I`m concerned he should still be in jail, yet he is not! If he is the soul perp. as you suggest why is he out?

It's only been +3 years... and its very likely that Pino will allow the house to end up in foreclosure, given the real estate market in Arizona.

I'm afraid Megas is far from being or becoming a real estate mogul.
