the way I read the BioC deal was done deal (need to re-read the PR's to make sure of my recollection). is material event and should be PR that unwinds that deal if really unwound - stock was getting mixed and mashed, .........
same thing with MODC deal - came was announced but then disappears without a trace on both websites and press - and for pointing this out I am a basher - facts prove unfriendly and once facts and touted by the promoters on this BB are not even excused away - just lets have another pump
I will get bashed and I am actually happy to get a good pop, and make some money, another way to play - I had positive things to say about Zenergy, ok also some questions on how and why I(fair game for posters and shareholders) and will get plummeled for now being positive
