The company, it's transactions and controls are fine. Lot you know about an independent audit and what it attests to. The company received an unqualified (clean) opinion from a topnotch Audit Firm. That's all I needed to see to be comfortable with Magnum. And Magnum went through the ringer during the Audit. So what's the beef?

I said 2 top auditing firms. Maybe you should learn to read my posts instead of falsely accusing people on this Magnum thread.
