They did this deal when GORO was 2.30 a share so keep that in perspective...a lot of people forget that...and yes GORO is superior in almost any metric especially the metrics that make shareholders money

H simply "exercised its option to purchase 4.33 million additional shares." This was already part of their earlier deal, so no new discount. Share price should go up as it shows H has even greater confidence in GORO and they clearly know what they are talking about.
