Allow me to repite that I'm not capable or getting any reponse when I tried to download TradeKeeper --- and going to americanware.com website to get more info or data that might help, all I got was an offer to sell the website and/or name ----

I hope this is clear now. Again, are you aware of any reason why it is not possible for me to download? -- Are you able to download it? ---I followed all the instructions, and even erase all the temporary files and all offline contents & rebooted afterward, as suggested by them in case of failure to download ------ Nothing happened ---

Perhaps I'm still doing something wrong or are not aware of something in my computer that stops the downloading process -- Need help, suggestions, new directions or info, etc. ----- T I A.
